Does Voqella offer a warranty on its products?

Absolutely! We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. If you have any problems, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged. Contact us at info@feelgoodsinternational.com

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Shipping costs may apply to orders to other countries. These will be displayed during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

The Netherlands & Belgium: If you order on weekdays before 5:00 PM, your order will be delivered the next working day. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. This will allow you to track your package in real-time.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

If you are not at home, the delivery person will usually leave a message and try again the next business day. You can also contact the carrier to make a new delivery appointment.

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, we ship to several countries within Europe. Please check the list of available countries during checkout. Additional shipping costs and delivery times may apply for international orders.

What if my package arrives damaged?
